SPOT ON 3858 Elsana Transit Hotel

Arriving at the location, for AC rooms you have to add 40 thousand cash. It's really just a room, there's a desk, a wardrobe, a TV, an ensuite bathroom. There is no bolster. The room smells of cigarettes. At 11 o'clock I was banged on to check out, even though the check out information should be 12 o'clock. Very unfriendly service, thank you.

I didn't expect a welcoming drink because the room price was cheap, but I expected a warm welcome not "uh, rraveloka.🙄"the room was smelly and not clean. The photos say everything, I don't need to give more explanation. Besides, the wifi didn't work from my room properly. Two of the staff were friendly, though.

Bisa sih lihat sendiri kamar ini tidak layak huni, kenapa gak sekalian ditutup saja tempat ini. Ini adalah pengalaman terburuk saya selama nginap di penginapan. Kotor tidak dibersihkan. Saya pesan yang AC dikasih yang kipas. Rambut pun di mana-mana terletak. Kamar penuh debu dan sarang laba-laba seperti kamar hantu! Cukup pertama dan terakhir nginap di sini! Sangat kotor dan bau!

Handuknya bau pesing. Jam 11 sudah minta check out dengan alasan yang bersihin hotel cuma satu orang padahal itu urusan hotel bukan urusan customer.

Very disappointing! Prices in the application and in DIFFERENT locations, the service is not good and very unfriendly. The building is very old, the rooms smell of cigarettes and are not clean. Hopefully anyone who will stay at this hotel can read the review first!

Pelayanan buruk. Resepsionisnya jutek, tidak ramah, bahkan kasar. Kamar kotor. Toiletries tidak tersedia, padahal include di fasilitas. Cuma dikasih sabun batang dan 1 handuk padahal tamu ada dua. Alasannya handuk lain belum ada yang kering. Sikat gigi dan odol tidak ada. Parah.

Some of our experiences staying at Elsana Transit Hotel Syariah. 1. The location of the hotel is strategic, near the new market. There are many minimarkets and food courts around the hotel, so it's easy to find food. 2. Check-in and check-out times are different from those in the application. The rules at the hotel, check in at 12:00 checkout at 11:00. 3. You can't get toiletries if you book a hotel via online. But we have no problem with that because we have brought it from our own house. 4. Some cleanliness needs to be considered again, the sofa is dirty, under the corner table near the wall there is also a lot of dust and dirty floor. When the tiles are injected, the sound is like the tiles are uneven. The roof is dirty like used. Leaking. Thank God it didn't rain during the stay. 5. There is no tv remote, the tv channel only has one tv. Our advice, if you can have a remote so that you can change to another channel, about TV One, it's news, we also want to watch soap operas. 6. My suggestion might be to provide gallon water and a dispenser in the pantry or somewhere like that, so that it's better if you need to drink, you don't need to buy it first, especially if you want to cook pop noodles, it's easier. The attitude is not there really. The fan couldn't be turned on from the start, at least there was a small talk to change this room, it was left alone. Not very polite.

Gak bersih. Check out jam 11.00 gag ada sabun. Kasur jelek. Gag ada minum. Gag ada pasta gigi. Jorok.

The front office staff is not friendly, how to greet and explain is curt. Receptionist nya gak ramah. Jawab ketus banget. Kamar banyak kecoa, minta di semprot baygon tapi katanya ntar malah tambah banyak keluar ahahaha berarti itu kecoa besarang di kamar yak. Alhasil semaleman itu gak tenang banget, takut ada kecoa terbang.
