Staff was friendly and accomodating. Rooms are a bit dark, need more lighting inside the room as well as the hallway. Facilities show wear and tear, need rennovation.

Bad security service, not helpfull and not friendly. The air condition not really workong ( the room is so hot), the central lamp are died. Very very bad

The hotel really implies the green lifestyle hotel with its open-concept lobby that connects you to the pool and restaurant. The staffs are all awesome and helpful, they served us a nice traditional welcome drink. They won't give you bottled waters instead they'll give you a jug that you can refill anytime near your room which is cool. They also hand you a non-plastic shopping bag as the 'ammunition' for you before shopping and it really helps us a lot. The breakfast was okay but I hope they made improvements on its taste. P.S. : The location is so perfect since it's surrounded with many restaurants and also close to Discovery Mall Kartika Plaza.

the receptionist was very detail when explained the term & conditions, the room was very clean and it has bathtub (my kids was very happy!), the pool was clean, the food was good, and most I like is the hotel already goes green. they give you a reusable bag instead of plastic, they didn't give a mineral bottle but they prepared the jar with glasses and you can refill in water dispenser outside the room. we're very happy to stayed at sun island kuta hotel and thank you for the best services we had :)

Quite far from the predicate 4-star hotel at a price that is quite expensive. The air conditioner is not functioning properly. Complained to the receptionist about air conditioners that were not cold and were only promised to be checked by a technician, as well as the answer that the temperature regulation of the air conditioner had been set from the technician's center and could not be changed. 2 night stay with a very uncomfortable and sweaty sleep. Hoping that in the future it will be better and similar events will not be repeated to other visitors.
