The room is small. It feels cramped. When you enter, the door hits the cupboard. You can't even pass each other at the entrance. Even carrying a suitcase or carrying yourself is cramped. There are no towels or doormats. Once I called, a towel the size of a face towel was delivered. The phone call was answered. "That's all they have, about the laundry." Then they delivered one large towel, but I asked for a small one. I refused, but it was the same if I asked for one. The room isn't soundproof at all. If the door next door is opened, it's very audible. If the door next door isn't closed tightly, it beeps continuously. It's very noisy. Even a Christian, in my opinion, the prayer room facilities are inadequate. There's just an empty space next to the staff desk with a prayer rug. There's no divider between the guest lounge area, the staff desk, and the prayer room. It's a shame for those who want to pray. And in room 310, my nephew complained about why the bed was facing the Qibla (I don't really understand because I'm Christian). Hopefully, out of respect, this can be fixed.

The staff was quick to ask for tissues because they had run out of tissues.

When we went there, the room was dusty, so the kids, including me, were coughing. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close once it was closed. There was a balcony, so it was quite comfortable, so it wasn't bad.

The location and cleanliness of the room are good. The bathroom is also good. However, it's a shame that the bedroom has no windows, it's a full wall. I thought there were curtains and there were windows, but it turned out to be a full wall. Another thing that was really not right was that when I opened the door, it hit the bed. So, when I wanted to enter, it was a bit complicated because it was so narrow! When I stayed there, a family had booked several rooms, and in the morning it was very noisy, shouting, and their children were crying too. I swear it was very noisy.

The room was very small, as soon as you enter it smells of cigarettes and there is an ashtray in the bathroom but it says no smoking. There is only one towel provided, there are no facial tissues in the bathroom or room. The door is difficult to open, you have to use internal strength. The hotel location is very strategic, for that price it is worth it if it is just for a place to sleep.

Stayed here for 1 night. Strategic location, close to everything. Clean room. Very helpful staff. I realized I left my phone charger in the room when I checked out, and they were willing to send me a package. Thank you 🙏
