The location is very strategic, next to Alfamart and around many places to eat. The staff is very friendly and ready to help.

TV is not broken, it does not turn on, entertainment is not optimal. If there is damage to the facilities, please fix it. Thank you.

The staff is friendly, but the hotel facilities are mind-boggling. My friend's bed had a hole in it, and there was a kitten underneath it. Then the ceiling was holey, there were sounds of mice. The room lights were dim, the water came out a little and often turned off/no water came out with the excuse that the PDAM was off, so they turned on the Sanyo. But after turning on the Sanyo for 1 hour, the water still didn't come out. There was no trash can in the room either.

There was no hot water for bathing and the water only came out of the tap a little bit as if it was clogged, the TV wouldn't turn on, the room was ok, big and clean.

Bad experience booking this hotel. I chose this hotel because it was the closest to my family event. I arrived in Lampung quite late at night around 21.30. I tried to contact the hotel to inform them that I checked in late but the number could not be reached. When we arrived there, we were immediately advised to get a refund by the FO officer because the available room was not suitable (hot AC, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom) we were even invited to see the condition of the room first. After we saw it, we decided to refund our order because we brought 2 toddlers who definitely would not be comfortable with the conditions. They even gave us a telephone number to refund which turned out to be the Traveloka call center. At the same time, there were other guests who had the same fate as us, they even booked 5 rooms. Because we were very tired and the children were fussy, we finally decided to immediately look for another hotel and take care of the refund when the conditions were better. When I called to refund Traveloka, it turned out that I had to have proof in the form of photos or videos of the condition of the room where honestly at that time it did not occur to us to take photos or videos. And the app itself said that the hotel refused to refund. So our money for 2 rooms just disappeared. Thank you.

The AC is leaking, the water is running a little so it's hard to take a shower. It's not very clean, there are lots of mosquitoes. There needs to be repairs and improvements to the facilities 🙏🏻.

If you are told to pay a room fee of 75,000, don't come here rather than regret it.

The only disappointment was that when I got to the location to check in I was asked to add 50,000 per room. The reason is that it is below the standard price, from the price of 250,000, yes, if the price is 250,000, the application just says 250,000 so we are not disappointed and the warm water for bathing is dead.

The room I got, the bathroom didn't have hot water, when I used the bathroom, several earthworms came out from between the toilet ceramics. On Friday 8 December 23 at 09.10 WIB, the lights and electricity were turned off.

The twin bed room is nice. Fssilitss is complete, only the TV is blurry. Others are fine.
