The room is very big and clean, and all the staff are really nice. Located in a perfect area in front of West Beach, which can be used for swimming, so we can just walk barefoot, swim at the beach, and go back to the hotel very easily. The swimming pool in the hotel is also quite big.

I booked a deluxe room, the room was as shown in the photo, comfortable atmosphere, balcony with pool view, all the staff were friendly, I borrowed prayer equipment and it was given to me immediately, stayed for 2 nights, the room was cleaned immediately on the second day, so it was comfortable to sleep again, the security guard was very friendly, like family, please increase the security guard's salary 😁🥰

10/10. Excellent service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the security and staff. The room was clean, the amenities were complete, the AC was cold, there was a water heater, the view was nice and close to the beach. The swimming pool was clean and could be used. For motorcyclists, this hotel is highly recommended because it does not discriminate.

I've stayed here several times. The service is perfect. Requests are listened to. From arrival, we were assisted by security, followed by the hotel crew. The rooms are clean, with complete amenities, a clear and accessible swimming pool, and a great breakfast. 10/10 for the staff. Good job.

Unfortunately, they're currently undergoing renovations. Everything is fine, except that the downstairs rooms near the pool still have a few mosquitoes. I suggest providing tissues in each room, not just in the toilet.

The security is good, it's like BCA bank, super friendly, the hotel staff is also very helpful, only there is no welcome drink when we want to check in, maybe in the future it will be given, the breakfast is varied, the swimming pool is comfortable, for comfortable rooms there are only a few rooms that have glass that already has items, maybe provide a hairdryer, we bring our own hairdryer from home, maybe upgrade the TV so it's a bit bigger so it's comfortable to watch, the view is right facing the beach, we booked 3 rooms, 2 super deluxe, 1 junior suite, try the hotel offer to combine them into a family room so we can be together.. maybe 1 more service to the vehicle maybe before checking out it would be good to have a car wash facility before we go back because there is a lot of dust because there is a new construction process.

The room was clean, but the door couldn't be locked from the outside, and I had to tell the bellboy to lock it several times. The bathroom door, for the price of a standard room like that, was heavy, covered in zinc, if I'm not mistaken, and it was difficult to open once it was locked. The smell of the toilet sometimes drifted into the bathroom, which was annoying. Everything else was fine.

Surken is always special.. Spacious, clean room. One of the special things is when there is a storm at night, the entire Pangandaran area has blackouts.. And only our hotel remains lit, the generator is working well🙂
