Surya Transera Beach Hotel Pangandaran

Old hotel trying to survive. Lack of staff, so it is not clean. Sandy floor, balcony like never cleaned. The air conditioner is not cold enough, the most fatal thing is that there is no water. Check out without showering and brushing your teeth. It's a shame even though the hotel is big.

The hotel is poorly maintained. Dirty pool. The toilets are generally dirty, the water is having problems at check-in. Luckily when I checked in everything was transferred to the 1st floor. And there was a water cut while the technician fixed the clean water lines.

It's fun that the room is comfortable, only room 113 has a problem with the auto lock door, it's a bit difficult. The bathroom is really nice, there is a bathtub and the hot water is very comfortable.

Order a single bed on the 2nd floor which has a twin bed on the 1st floor. There are no tissues and the room doesn't smell good, so you have to use your own perfume.

Tidak ada air pas pagi sampe check-out jam 10 masih tidak ada air, bahkan akhirnya toilet bersamanya banyak yang tidak disiram setelah BAB. Lawak banget, mau buang air saja harus menampung air dulu ke botol, baru bisa cebok. Cuci muka saja pakai air botol beli sendiri. Kasur kurang bersih, sampai pakai alas lagi untuk tidur, sikat gigi hanya 1, tidak ada shampoo, tidak ada sandal hotel, AC gak nyala dengan remot, repot banget deh nginep disini. Mempersulit diri. Lebih baik cari kamar yang dijual calo. Review seperti ini karena memang sudah bayar mahal tapi pengalaman meningapnya sangat buruk. Udah kayak menginap di kamar lain harga 70rb 😂 Gak lagi-lagi, sumpah, mendingan nenda aja deh, sama-sama ke toilet umum, kok.

Old hotel, the rooms are dusty & dirty, the water sometimes doesn't work. There are cobwebs, there is no lift to the 3rd floor, the advantages are that it is near the west coast of Pangandaran & the service is friendly.

Sangat kecewa, tidak cocok untuk orang yang suka batuk-batuk akibat debu.- air kadang mati.- masuk kamar sumpek.- seprai berdebu tidak bersih (masih ada bekas noda makanan/kotor)- dibalik tempat tidur (yang merapat ke dinding) banyak debu.- shower toilet tidak bisa digunakan.- balkon kotor dan lampu malam tidak menyala, sehingga terlihat seram.- ada percikan api keluar saat menyambungkan lampu berdiri dengan saklar.- lemari berdebu dan ada sarang laba-laba.- kolan renang tidak bisa digunakan karena tidak ada air. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan.

Kurang rekomendasi, ketika sampai hotel kondisinya sangat jauh berbeda dengan yang ada di review aplikasi. Kurang terurus, sepi dan kondisi bangunan hotel bangunan lama. Untuk kamar pun kurang begitu terawat. Pintu kamar rusak. Namun pegawainya hanya 1 untuk receptionya dan ramah untungnya.

Dikira hotel nya bagus kaya di foto. Eh ternyata sangat buruk, kotor, berdebu dan lebih mirip hotel terbengkalai. Duuh ngeri sampe ga jadi nginep biarin lah hilang 1jt g bisa di refund daripada ga nyaman.

Not according to expectations, at that price it is quite expensive and not equivalent to existing facilities. Poor service and unfriendly staff, unable to accommodate customer complaints. The swimming pool is dirty and the water is green which in my opinion is not suitable for use. Access to the entrance door is damaged, until you have to change the key many times. When I want to sit on a chair, it turns out that the bottom is not strong enough, until when I sit down I want to fall. Room facilities such as the refrigerator is not cold, the lights are too dim, the glasses are very dirty (even though if you wash them with hot water they can be lost), the bed is not clean, there are some blood and dirty spots like not washing the pillowcases, the smell of the bathub is not suitable for use because it is rusty and dangerous for children to use, especially if you have sensitive skin. Even in the rooms, there are lots of mosquitoes and lizards in the room, the view outside is actually quite cool because there are lots of trees, but because they are not well cared for, there are lots of tall weeds. Even at night the atmosphere becomes haunted. Please upgrade again for the facilities and cleanliness, for the convenience of the customer. Don't underestimate customer feedback! If you don't want a change in the price, it's better to just reduce it, equate it with a 1-star hotel. Very disappointed, one star from me.

The first time staying at the Surya transera hotel, I ordered 2 rooms, 1 room where the drainage was like clogged. Long time to drain the water. The air conditioner is not cold enough. There is no bathtub cover for 1 room. Hopefully it will be much better in the future.

In my opinion, this hotel on the west coast has quite complete and comfortable facilities at affordable rates, close to the beach. The children are happy because the hotel has a swimming pool, the rooms are clean, the bathroom has a bathtub too, hot water works, the air conditioner works, there is an electric kettle, TV, toiletries, the mattress is also comfortable, the parking area is large. A little suggestion that wifii to each room also be facilitated because yesterday using HP data it was a bit difficult to open internet access.

The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are okay, the tap water is smooth, the AC is cold, the floor is clean, the prices are ok, the location is close to the beach. advice: keep the room clean because that's the most important thing, especially the bathroom, it must be kept clean, solar is the best.

The hotel facilities are poorly maintained, until they change rooms several times because the air conditioner is hot, it's a shame even though this hotel used to be one of the best hotels in Pangandaran.
