the place is not clean, the building is lacking maintenance, not recommended for families who want to stay here because it is not clean, the water pool is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, sorry for the villa to clean up and repair

Very good. But unfortunately the hot water shower is only 5 minutes. After it's cold. Even though it's a cold area visitors will definitely want to enjoy the hot water. And also please reduce the price because without breakfast.

Overall, the concept is really good, 2 rooms, a private swimming pool, karaoke room, we were very happy with our family yesterday. Mumayan from us it seems that there must be some renovations, especially in the bathroom area, the problem is that it is really big, it keeps getting dark, so what should I do. Surely someday back if there are family gatherings again.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, but in terms of cleanliness of the villa is lacking. Dirty bed sheets, lots of stains, cloudy pool water, lots of animals in the villa (laron, flies).

Privileged karaoke facilities are champions. Private pool is ok had. It is suitable for family or office events. Unfortunately the care and cleanliness of the bathroom facilities is less good. The water flows very small and less feasible for bathing. Please correct let me add ok.

Really great for family vacation, my daughter and nieces really enjoyed the swimming pool and all the adults become sudden singers because of the karaoke room. They just couldn't stop. But some facilities do really need repaired, such as the hot water (only get it in the morning, not all the time), some sofas being ripped. It is really a great place to spend your holiday with big family...
