I checked out 21 at 11pm cause mu flight was delayed. But no one in the reception, there is no number can be contacted also they have no confirmation to us.

Don't always believe the bad reviews. Me and my girlfriend were so interested with this villa, then we read the reviews, but we believe that the villa wouldn't be as bad as the reviews, and yes! We were right! We went there 2 weeks before we checked in to see the villa, then decided to book it because the villa is literally clean and the service was so good. The day we checked in, we got placed in the villa number 1, we texted the villa before that we wanna book the number 4 villa, then we complained, then they gave us the unicorn thing for free because of that! The floating breakfast was also free! The pool was clean and the service ⭐, even though it's kind of loud because there's construction near the villa but that's fine. The breakfast was also so good.
