We are satisfied with our stay at Alana Hotel. It is located in a strategic location, the room is large clean and luxurious, the breakfast is wonderful 10 stars, the swimming pool is also good, the staff is helpful and kind, we can have an easy check-in. We will stay at this hotel when we return to Jogja.

It’s awesome to stay at The Alana Yogyakarta! It is a generous hotel! I love how the staffs are really helpful and kind. Also, the room is spacious and clean! The facilities are wonderful even they have activities for kids! And the swimming pool is also amazing! They have various breakfast which is very tasteful. Thank you Alana for the superb and amazing stay!

Next time if there is a group of students staying over, try to separate their rooms from the other group's floors. I swear they disturb the comfort, screaming, running around the room hallway and jokingly ringing my doorbell repeatedly. It's really unfortunate 🥹

Arrived at the hotel at 12 midnight, booked an executive room, thank God free upgrade to a junior suite.
Complete with welcome snacks that make your stomach full. The room is spacious, clean, complete amenities, soundproof room, quiet and very cool AC. The hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast choices are very diverse. And this is the first time I found a breakfast restaurant that has an outdoor area specifically for non-smokers.

The hotel is comfortable, the service is good. The swimming pool is safe for 2.5 years old. It would be even better if there was a playground so that children have other activities in the hotel at night.

staying at the alana hotel was very pleasant, the hotel's location is strategic even though it is not in the city center, the staff service is friendly, the parking lot is spacious, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom equipment is complete and clean, there is a swimming pool, the food is delicious and varied even though that day there was no fried rice for breakfast.. ☺😁, but there are traditional herbal drinks.. 😊👍👍one day I will definitely stay here again.... 🤗

The hotel staff are nice, there is only 1 restaurant staff who is not very pleasant in my heart. When I had to pay extra because I had a child but was asked to pay extra for an adult breakfast rate. I even raised my voice and said that my child is 11 years old. Not an adult, you know.. but the restaurant cashier didn't say anything sorry at all. I feel like the hotel's value has decreased because of that 1 staff.
