The hotel staff was very friendly, even arriving in the middle of the night, they were welcomed. The room was okay, the facilities were quite complete, the price was pocket-friendly, the location was strategic, close to Tugu Station, only 500 meters, and there were motorbike rentals at the hotel. I was quite satisfied with my stay here, maybe I'll stay here again if I go to Jogja again.

The hotel is very close to Tugu Station, the staff is friendly, the price is pocket-friendly, you can get breakfast which is quite good to fill your stomach before going around the city of Jogja, overall I was satisfied staying at The Arizon, keep up the good work

The room is clean, the AC is cool, but the only downside is that there are stairs to get to the 3rd floor. There's no elevator, so you have to be prepared to work extra hard carrying your suitcases. If the staff are men, they're usually willing to help you carry your things. It's absolutely the best <3

Sorry to say, if I'm asked to stay again, I don't think so. The experience here was terrible. The receptionist said my name wasn't listed in the system. Even when she gave me the key and I was taking a shower, they still knocked on the door and told me to go to the lobby. For what? My name wasn't listed in their system. They said it was the manager's fault because I had amnesia. That's none of my business. I even had to tell them to confirm with the app they're partnering with. Even though that should have been the staff's initiative. I've paid in full via the app and they've made things difficult for me. I paid 420,000 Rupiah via Traveloka and got a room in the basement. Next to the laundry room. The room lock is manual. The door doesn't close properly. The bathroom is dirty. The shower water is small, like baby pee. I definitely don't recommend it.

Everything was good, Note: The AC in the room is a minus point: if it turns off and then turns back on, water drips out. The breakfast is average... edible... but if you don't like it, don't eat it. Maybe that's the only thing that can be evaluated... otherwise, it's worth a visit.

The friendly hotel staff were very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. A suggestion would be to provide hot and cold water dispensers on each floor so you don't have to travel all the way downstairs if you need hot water.
