Amazing place amazing staff, great breakfast, facilities and infrastructure abit dated though, be patient...avoid spa and beach bar food unless all in package. Much better and cheaper options nearby

This is an absolutely beautiful property located in an exclusive area amongst other five star resorts. The rooms are wonderful in the Palace area of the resort. The dining options are very good and fairly priced for a resort of this type. The staff is amazing: I just wish that I could remember all of these super-stars like Bena, Noni, Rindi (at the Java Cafe), Mahindra, ….
While the resort rooms are probably very nice, splurge on the Palace rooms…..you will not regret it!! And for a super splurge, get suite 1196 with private pool, 2 private courtyards, direct beach access….

We preferred The Palace when it was adults only. It was exclusive but has turned into package holiday experience. Palace pool requires renovation, decking needs attention some tiles on bottom of pool rquire attention. Surprised at use of glasses and beer bottles on edge and in the actual pool.

Definitely stay in the Ayodya Palace rooms they provided in the Palace room a coffee machine, laundry service free for 4 pieces of clothing each day.
Champagne breakfast. Their free happy hour was excellent. Service in the Palace club room was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying in the Palace room.

We stayed at this hotel after our cruise dropped us off in Bali. We spent a total of two nights/3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Even though we were there during the rainy season, the hotel was a delight with green spaces and water gardens.
The beach is steps from the hotel. The hotel has a variety of Balinese cultural activities as well as a wonderful spa.
We enjoyed the dining options and the wonderful breakfast. I would see her again if my travels take me to Bali highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing and luxurious palace as well as resort! Beach was wonderful as well as all the swimming pools (although a little hot) so if you wanna cool down you will love the sea! Staff were wonderful and so was all the food and service! All you can drink cocktails wine and beer as well as wonderfully food from y to 7.30. the place is amazing designed In Full Balanese style. Thank you so much for a perfect holiday experience to all the staff and your beautiful Palace! Will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

I would highly recommend staying in Ayodya Palace. The service and the people are so lovely. The hotel is huge but not impersonal and the hotel itself is Balinese in style which makes your stay feel more authentic. The grounds are exquisite and there is so much space around the pools and beach area that there is no difficulty getting a sun lounger and a place in the shade. The complimentary bicycles are a lovely touch for cycling around the vast grounds and the surrounding area. Staying in the Palace section is to be recommended. The club lounge used by palace guests is so serene and a beautiful area for breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea (3-4.30) and cocktails (6-7.30) only for palace guests. I cannot compliment enough the following staff - Niri, Erika, Sintia, Yudi, Agung, Donu, Santi, Rio and Surya. They are so friendly, welcoming and helpful and provide an excellent service to all of their guests.

The proximity to the beach was exactly what we wanted. The range of food and variety on offer for breakfast was outstanding and the afternoon tea and cocktail hour daily was a bonus. But the most enjoyable part of our stay was the happy smiling faces and warm welcome from all the staff members, especially the Lounge crew who happily fulfilled every request. A special mention for Erica and Sintia. Note: Room service could be improved.

Overall a really nice resort. I tend to always stay at the Ayodya Palace when i go to Bali. This time we were first given a room where the hot water didnt work and there was a sewerage smell in the bathroom. After a couple of days we were moved to a better room and all issues were resolved

First thing to say is that all the staff are amazing and cant do enough for you. Special shout out to Bina who was so friendly and approachable and looked after us, even coming to our room for a chat.
The resort is around 400 to 500 rooms, but for our time here we stayed in the Palace section which was very quiet. Never had any issues getting a sunbed by the beach or pool. The sea is nice and wavy and the pool was nice.
Food, various restaurants on site and also local ones in walking distance. Breakfast had a good selection of items to start the day.
For a relaxing holiday with no pressure, we enjoyed the Ayodya Palace.
