The capsule is clean, smells good, you get a towel, toothbrush and slippers, the air conditioner is also cold, the bathroom is clean, basically it's really comfortable for backpackers, someday if you go to Jogja you want to stay here again, the best price and recommended 👍🤗.

Good hospitality from all staff. Suitable for backpackers or solo travelers who want to stay at an affordable price, even getting breakfast beyond my expectations. I slept well during my 2 days stayed. The hot water worked well and the capsule room was very clean. Only 10 minutes walk from Tugu station.

Everything was Good. They keep all the place clean and fresh. The towel the bathroom. The public area. Maybe for next you can add the toilet and shower room in men dormitory they only have 2 each. So in the morning a little bit chaos, all the guest wait to use it and they only have 2. But overall everything was good. Nice staff. Strategic locations. Bravo!

Check-in was quick, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The capsules were comfortable, but not particularly soundproof; snoring from the neighboring room was still audible. The bathrooms all had functioning hot water, and the restrooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with fried rice and sliced fruit. There's a prayer room and ample parking behind the accommodation.

My first stay at The Capsule was quite disappointing, especially considering the price I paid during the high season. My capsule didn't provide a blanket, so I often felt cold and had to use a towel instead. I only realized that capsule guests are supposed to receive blankets after seeing other empty capsules equipped with blankets. Furthermore, the air conditioning vents inside the capsule looked dusty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was also less than clean, with cockroaches infesting the room, which was certainly disruptive. The staff at breakfast were less than responsive, likely due to limited staffing. There were also no USB-C (C to C) charging outlets in the capsule, so I had to leave the room and charge my phone near the bathroom door, which posed a risk of losing my belongings. For the relatively high price during the high season, this stay was not worth it and was quite disappointing.
