The Crystal Luxury Bay Nusa Dua

It was a great stay. The room was nice. However, the only downside that was rather irritating was the wifi. It was not running at consistent speed.

got upgrade to president room, so more spacious with two rooms, however the room are not clean, dusty carpets, dirty living room under sofa bed still has left over food package from previous guests, surrounding view is awful looks like abandoned area, the ceiling outside balcony from woods are many cracked, the glass balcony has a lot of stains from rust and weatherz floors stained. limited bittle water, the room has water dispenser and refridge, but not clean so doubt to use it at all. the swimming pool water on 8th floor tasted strange, no one even swim there, looks like its beeen long time not having any maintenance, pool on 2nd floor is better but water is cold and the bed for relax all of them are broken having its fiber material strays, the cleaning area / changing room is so awful, not even up to a rest room quality in publix toilet , its amenity very dirty, water leaked everywhere and on floors and smell very bad ir humab urinated, like no one clean it for many days, is just looks like an abandoned public toilet. restaurantfor breakfast on 2nd floor having spacious area, but no one put any table accessories on table, plate spoons are clean but could be better looks like has been used for many years, breakfast taste are plain, really can only take fruits, bread, egg station is not ready almost 7am in morning is just empty, the staff in restaurant and pool is helpful . overall it looks to me, the management running on poor budget to maintain service quality. not even up to 3 star hotel standard cleanliness. the hallway floor on 7th floor from lift to both direction to my room as well as to other side , from my observation are dirty by sands from people that likely went up from 2nd floor, during our stays the floors are keep dirty so i have impression the cleaning process, if any is just not proper at all. its a pity the location is great, property im sure when it was built it is great, just a poor maintenance and service quality. hope can see it great again!

The large mattress size makes sleeping comfortable.

Sorry, this is my real input, the room is good, but not clean, the furniture is old, the AC is problematic so we had to move rooms, the staff did not apologize properly, they were also not friendly in dealing with our complaints, during breakfast the staff were fierce and not friendly, one person was at the egg stall, hopefully it will be better..

The staff were friendly. Nice spacious bedroom and bathroom, with affordable price, but cleanliness can be improved. Lots of dust on the floor, and the bed felt a bid damp. Food was okay. Overall value was great. 🙂

Everything's fine. It's close to the toll road, so it's not far from everywhere.

the hotel is not well maintained the lift only works 1 so during checkout time the queue is too crowded even the housekeeping workers use the same lift there is no one on duty in the 8th floor area and there are no lights the room is a bit dirty and only cleaned a little many hotel items are fenced for a 5* hotel this can be said to be very destroyed it looks too much efficiency the only good thing about this hotel is the location the food is quite comfortable but there is no variety of food and the view on the 8th floor is quite good overall 7/10

I can't be bothered to write any complaints, because there were so many complaints from the start until I left, not a single one made me happy staying here, this should be 2 stars

Not better facility, too old hotel

Best service. I arrived late at 6 when checking in, served with welcome drinks and they gave me 3 meal vouchers to redeem that night. I had fried rice with chicken satay and fried chicken, a plate of Hawaiian pizza and fried banana with chocolate sauce. The room is spacious with a large balcony. 2 large beds the size 140cm each. The swimming pool [is] awesome.

Have an event on Nusa Dua and this hotel surpasses my expectation for the price! Highly recommended!

The bathroom is especially not senior friendly. For Indonesians, the bathtub is quite high and there are no stepping stones. The floor will tend to be wet so it is slippery.

When I stayed there was a wedding right above the room, the soundproofing was very poor so it was clearly audible up to the room from check in until 10 pm, it was clearly very disturbing especially since I brought children. The balcony lights were off so there was no point in having a balcony, I couldn't go out at night because it was dark. I clearly booked a room with a pool view and was given a wall in front of it, but the pool wall was next to the balcony and couldn't be seen. As for me, I wouldn't want to stay here again. The staff was also very slow, asking for anything took a long time.

when reading the review I was down. but when I arrived it was good. the room was clean. complete amenities. hot water was always on. there was an infinity pool with a beautiful view. the food was quite delicious and varied. the service was also fast, friendly and good. the price was the cheapest in its class. ordered a jacuzzi but because of the rain the jacuzzi was not very clean. for the building, there is an impression that it is old and lacks maintenance, but it is not too disturbing. hopefully it can be improved again.
