actually the stay was fine, it's just the water heater doesn't work, some of the floor were cracked and jagged, the cleaning wasn't thorough, lots of ants and the floor still feel dusty, I request to clean the room to the excess amount of ants but ignored, only an apology and that's it, but the next day was better.

This is the second time I've stayed here, previously in 2016😁, the room cleanliness is maintained, the staff is friendly especially the room boy (Mr. ........ similar to Ryan d' Masiv) who is always friendly and diligent in cleaning our room. The hotel staff was very helpful upon check-in, the room wasn't ready yet but we had already registered so we just had to pick up the key, the breakfast was varied, the fried rice was delicious, my son really liked it :), it was close to Prawirotaman and Tirtodipuran tourist attractions, delicious food was in front of the hotel (mutton tengkleng - recommended).
