Great experience with this hotel. the rooms are clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful, and also the breakfast was delicious. Although, they need to improve on their building especially their roof for drop off section because it was difficult to take the baggage out to the lobby when it's raining.

A beautiful property situated just outside Ubud, but with a free shuttle service 4 times a day to take you into town (or c.£3.50 each way in a grab taxi). It’s perfect for people wanting to be close to Ubud but with some peace and tranquility. The room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was anmazing! and the staff very friendly.

Everything is delicious, the food is also delicious, it's just a shame you can't have more than 2 main courses and the menu doesn't have any pictures so it's not very attractive.

The service is good. The floor is a little bit not clean enough. At night, there were some noisy sounds from other rooms. But overall, this hotel is good, just a little bit needs to improve. Thanks.

This hotel is suitable for those who want to staycation because of the complete facilities from the gym, pool and children's playground. The location is a bit far from the center of the crowd so it's suitable for those who want to find peace. What I like is the large and aesthetic pool area. The room and bathroom are spacious with complete amenities and compliments, the only drawback is that the room doesn't smell good and because we stayed during the rainy season, it was damp and dewy when we opened the room door or balcony door. For smokers, you can smoke on the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Breakfast a la carte with limited choices in my opinion. The portion is just enough because it is still equipped with fruit, pastries and for drinks there are juices, coffee/tea. Overall recommended because the location is also not in the Ubud traffic jam area. So if you want to go to the airport, you don't have to worry about running out of time.

Perfect! For me, it's the best hotel in ubud. The service is outstanding from the beginning of the check-in process to the check-out process. Our room also got a free upgrade, thank you very much. The room is very comfortable, it makes you lazy to go out. The swimming pool is also very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. Anyway will definitely come here again. I hope the pandemic passes quickly.
