This is my third time checking in at The Groove Suites, and I must say, it has been a consistently pleasant experience. The staff are always kind and helpful. What I find most intriguing about this hotel is its unique room layout, which deviates from the traditional hotel designs. It's not your typical, boring hotel room. I am eagerly looking forward to my fourth stay here in the near future.

Didn't have the chance to take photos of the room, but I should say the room is worth the money. Even in the peak season (Christmas eve), they still offer reasonable prices with extraordinary hospitality and quality. I love the breakfast choices. They got Indonesian food, sushi, laksa, and many more. Definitely will be one of my go-to hotel in Jakarta. Perfect for couples that want bigger spaces, family, and events with friends.

The toilet smells really bad even though it's good, then the toilet lid closes really fast, the sound doesn't close quietly, then when having breakfast, my child couldn't go down to the restaurant, I asked to be taken to the room because my husband wasn't feeling well, they only gave me fried rice, no fruit, sorry, I mean like other hotels, everything is complete.

Nice place.. friendly hotel staff. Nice experience.. Unfortunately there are different opinions on the swimming pool, different staff have different answers. It says it closes at 6, 7, 8 so I don't know which one is correct. And the AC in the room is a bit noisy. Breakfast is delicious

Easy check-in and check-out, no deposit, no ID required, lobby is a bit dark but not well lit, rooms are okay, food is okay, swimming pool is okay, to go to the mall just go downstairs.

The staff are friendly and helpful, initially there was a problem when checking in but it was safe and fast, usually there is a water dispenser in the room but this one wasn't there so I had to ask the staff for more water, and they were very helpful when I couldn't have breakfast because I was sick so the food was brought to my room even though I had to wait for more than an hour, I asked for another menu but this one came but it's ok
