Staying at the Loft Large Room, it was all good experience and ambience. The hospitality was also good, but for the breakfast and dinner food was so basic and not so many choices for guests. Keep up the good work and services 👌🏻

The room was huge and comfortable, The staff was super friendly. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The food is also delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bandung.

Originally booked for 1 night but we extend to 2 nights just because the kids love the pool and playground. Overall the stay was good. Breakfast not very good I think could be improved and for this "not so busy" hotel I think coffee should be like latte options not just black coffee. Bread was good tho. The room was a bit wore down like I can tell bekas rembes air, the sheets, towels also need to be renewed. The good thing is the staff are friendly and fast response. Well I think for the medium room price is worth it.

The room was represented its name, extra large. It's perfect for family staycation. Suggested to have additional cooking yourself since the food choices wasn't many. Good things are they used one of the famous brand as their kitchen set and every corner both inside-outside was fitted for those who like photographs. The thing I dislike when I stayed only the expired sugar 🙂

Love the ambience and every detail of the corner is great. You can get the beautiful sky if it’s clear and if you’re lucky you can see the rainbow after the rain. The best view of Bandung from above 🖤

We're staying at the Medium Loft. The interior design and décor are great, very stylish and well thought. However, the noise from the restaurant which is located right in front of our room and noise from outside if we open the balcony are pretty disappointing. Probably better to have a soundproof door and to coordinate with the neighborhood to make sure the room is quite enough. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Might come back, but probably try other type of rooms.

The amenities weren't there and it wasn't as complete as I usually get (I've stayed in this hotel twice). There's only one slippers when it supposed to be two, too. I have to asked them first to get it. The soap bottle wasn't even filled half so I have to use mine. The view from my cabin room wasn't so great, but the breakfast and the view from the café are quite good.

Incidentally, I got a promo for a room with a medium bathtub type, the hotel was really cool, the staff & security were also very friendly, the first impression when I arrived the hotel really smelled good, I even ordered dinner and asked to be delivered to the room via wa, because the drawback was that there was no telephone to connect to reception. , but it's not a problem because I can contact the hotel by phone on my cellphone, and forward it to wa, the food I ordered for dinner was delicious, but for breakfast the menu choices were a bit less varied. Maybe it can be improved again for the breakfast choices. Next I want to try the cabin type. Thanks The House Tour Uphill.

The hotel is cool, good, cheap again. The employees are kind and suave, for the chef who cooks breakfast top is delicious, all the menus taste the food, dare the spices, he's okay, the original tastes delicious, all the dishes. Just let the juice only have orange juice but it's delicious thick. Will stay here again lured the breakfast menu has all the flavors. Thanks, online agents often have promos, so the staycation will be more frequent.
