good hotel for staycation, strategic location

If I go to Yogyakarta again, I will come here again.

It's really cool, I like it! I think I'll stay for 3 nights next time, haha

A relatively new hotel near Malioboro. Good facilities and friendly service. The rooftop offers a beautiful city view, especially at sunset. As for the food, some of the menu items could use a taste upgrade. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay here again next time.

The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and the service is satisfactory.

Overall, it's good and highly recommended. The hotel is located quite close to the south exit of Tugu Station. The rooms are new and clean. The service is good, and valet parking is very convenient. There's enjoyable live music on the rooftop. The swimming pool is quite minimalist. The bathroom amenities could use some improvement.

The bathroom is a bit narrow and the flow overflows into the sanitary/sink area.

A comfortable, clean hotel, basically satisfied staying here.

Pros: 1. The staff at the Front Desk, Restaurant, and Concierge are friendly and helpful. 2. The food is quite varied and delicious, with the menu changing daily. 3. The Front Desk and Mr. Yudha were responsive and willing to listen to our complaints. They even stayed with us for over 6 hours and even went out of their way to buy Jawi meatballs for us before we returned to Jakarta. 4. The Front Desk and Concierge helped us store our luggage before we took it to Tugu Station in Yogyakarta. 5. When we checked in on November 12, 2025, we were given a 20% discount voucher for food and drinks at the Sky Lounge. Cons: 1. At the indoor, air-conditioned Sky Lounge Rooftop, we visited on November 13, 2025, around 9:00 PM. We complained to the barista and cashier there, who said smoking was permitted by the Owner and Management. Is that true? There is a spacious outdoor area where smoking is permitted. 2. In room 517, the glass partition in the bathroom has a 1 cm gap between the glass and the floor. This causes water to leak into the toilet and sink, which should be dry. The glass partition should extend all the way to the floor and be sealed to prevent water from seeping through the gap and flooding the toilet and sink. This is dangerous for residents if they slip. It's a hassle to have to call housekeeping to clean and dry the floor. 3. The bedroom is poorly soundproofed; guests in the room next to us could be heard talking. 4. The swimming pool is small, suitable only for children.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is very varied and delicious, the facilities are complete, starting from the swimming pool, gym, etc.
