This was my second stay here. The room is spacious. The food is delicious. The breakfast is fantastic. The swimming pool is small, but quite nice. The price is reasonable. The staffs are nice. However, if I may put a bit of suggestions, I would suggest to put table and chairs to eat inside the bedroom. Mine doesnt have one, so when I eat, I sit on the chair and its kinda chilly. But its really close to baked the cafe, and the location is really great.

- the bathroom is leaking when the rain comes - you can hear annoying voice from upstairs room and next room in bathroom so less privacy and disgusting. It because the bathroom is semi outdoor so the voice can move arround from next room and upstairs room to your bathroom. - except that everything is fine

Wonderful gem in the middle of the crazy busy Canggu. We decided right away that we didn't like the area but that we picked the right hotel. The small entrance alley separated a bit the hotel from all the noises outside. Rooms are clean and tidy, with a nicely done walls separating the small terraces in front. Love the touches of water refill in the rooms (without plastic bottles! 💙), and the cute small mugs for tea. We also enjoyed a lot the small swimming pool (under the shades! Not burning 😂).

New and Clean also affordable hotel room in a suspicious area. 15 mins walk to Pantai Berawa, the staff 's very friendly would love to have another night to stay in The Kemilau Hotel & Villa Canggu soon!

I would say this hotel is over priced, as the room's bathroom condition was not really that cleaned (I had the D12 room), there are some water stains, the shelf on the bathroom looks like it going to fall. We experienced electrical glitch twice (when using the hair dryer), not too many power outlet so had to request additional power extension. The breakfast was typical not too special (I would just recommend you to explore breakfast outside of the hotel cause there are a lot of options). I was a little bit disturbed due the construction that's happening. Overall the room is big, and the staff was super helpful! A good option if you are traveling with your partner.

We do apologize regarding our construction in our hotel, there are additional rooms and restaurant construction and at this time at Kemilau Hotel, we do this addition of rooms to help our guests to have more room choices in the future and to make this hotel even better so that our guests feel comfortable like at home. This construction will be run until the end of this year, but if our guests feel uncomfortable during the construction running as we already inform from check-in time, the guest can feel free to inform us and will inform the craftsman to stop it.

It was OK, but not exactly what we expected more for the price, we paid € 310 for 4 nights. We had the executive suite with swimming pool, but it was more like a dipping pool with rocks, no sun, no beds or chairs to sit outdoors, and also no chairs inside that you could move. A pity overall! No need to book this expensive room as you will not be able to swim. Also the room was a bit smelly. Staff is really kind though.

In general it is quite good, the condition of the hotel is still new (2022) and clean. Lift is not available and the 2nd floor deck goes up and down. If you carry heavy items, you must be tired of lifting. An unpleasant experience when I was urinating, because there was a skylight (void hole) opposite the bathroom and toilet, there was a handyman walking on the roof and peeking at me while defecating. I can't imagine if my wife or kids were in the shower and this happened. Very unprofessional in terms of building development. Hopefully the hotel management can get better and incidents like this don't happen again in order to avoid lawsuits that might be filed by guests.
