Overall it's okay, but the breakfast at the cafe, oh my God, I couldn't enjoy the food because there were so many flies. Not 1 or 2, but dozens of flies, but the employees were quick to put a candle on it, but the flies still didn't go away, so it disturbed my appetite.

The hotel staff is friendly, the view is nice, the facilities are also okay, but yesterday when we stayed there the water heater didn't work, it was fixed but it still didn't work. The most memorable experience was during fun trekking, the kids were happy to be able to walk through the pine forest, coincidentally yesterday the guide was Mang Aceng, he was friendly, kind, polite, and Mang Aceng also helped with documentation during the trek. Next time I want to go there again and stay in the wooden house😊

Actually, everything was fine and flawless. Starting from the unique treehouse where I stayed, the clean bathroom, the clean room, the very friendly staff, the complete and child-friendly entertainment facilities, the cool and beautiful nature, everything was really fun. But all my assessments changed 180° because at night, the runnersty event committee, who were mostly teenagers, started their work at 2:00 in the morning by joking, joking and shouting so that it disturbed my sleep and my child, luckily my child was able to go back to sleep but I only managed to fall asleep again at 4:00 in the morning so that some of the morning activities that I had planned had to be canceled because I was feeling unwell due to the lack of sleep that night. Plus, after breakfast, my intention to sleep before checking out was also thwarted by the sound of the horeg sound installed right in front of the window of the gipsy house room where I was staying, the sound was so loud that all the windows of the treehouse shook. The management should be able to organize the committee to start working in the afternoon and finish at 9 PM at the latest because that's people's rest time, this time at 8 PM they broke up to sleep and continued working at 2 AM while joking and shouting again and the sound placement should not be in front of the window where people are staying. So fucking insane dude. I really regret staying here intending to release tension away from the hustle and bustle of the city but instead got earache and heartache because there was a sound horeg event when I stayed. I don't recommend staying if there is an event, it's better to ask first if there is an event when you want to stay.

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights in a joglo room. Upon arrival, we received a welcome drink. The accommodation included facilities for photo opportunities, trekking through the pine forest, and upon leaving, we received a souvenir of lemons and flowers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water heater worked well. It's recommended to bring an extra blanket if you stay overnight, as the rooms are made of wood and allow outside air to enter the villa. It was a very memorable experience, and I'll likely return.

Starting from booking and check-in went smoothly. While waiting for check-in time, we spent time trying various rides at the tourist location. For those who stay overnight, there are free entrance tickets and morning trekking. Don't forget to take a welcome drink at Pine's Cafe, a pretty warm drink for the evening while waiting for a free movie night at the same place. We took the tree house type, 2 floors with 4 single beds. If you bring children, it's safe, no need to add an extra bed because they can be combined. Just a suggestion, the facilities such as amenities between the upper and lower rooms are the same, so you don't have to go back and forth. Then because there are 4 people, please adjust the number of towels. The TV is in the upper room. Don't forget to bring mosquito repellent, because mosquitoes come to the room in the morning and evening. At night it tends to be safe, maybe because it's cold. In addition, when we arrived there were a lot of flies, both in the cafe and restaurant areas, making the dining atmosphere less comfortable. Hopefully next time the staff will be more alert, providing candles on the table even though it doesn't help much. Overall we enjoyed it and will come back someday.
