Hello family lovers... Natsepa Hotel & Resort Ambon is a very comfortable place to stay for family vacations. The facilities are adequate, the food is varied, the rooms are clean, and it's all very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with small children, as the swimming pool is spacious and very enjoyable for children.

I really enjoy staying at Natsepa Hotel Ambon. Sea side view was just relaxed and wonderful scenery from our room. Hospitality of this hotel was nice and we ate some traditional dishes from Ambon, it was nice. If you need to take speedboat from Ambon, this hotel is closer to Tulehu port.

the taste of the food is sometimes salty, sometimes bland. especially the boiled ones have no taste.. the potatoes are mushy, the corn is no longer sweet

several times using traveloka to book but this time the hotel almost wanted to cancel with the reason that the traveloka system was wrong because the room should have been full. while checking back and forth every time to book. finally got it with a higher price because it was also a holiday. but when checking in the officer said it was full a bit annoyed. although in the end I got it. The natsepa in my personal opinion is a very comfortable hotel. never complained about the service. all of them are really good. and it's very unfortunate that there was no request for forgiveness after I was told to wait 1 hour, if I hadn't checked at the reception they would have just let it be. 1 hour of waiting still had to wait for the manager. After the manager came, he was given the key that was previously said to be full. Hopefully, this kind of miscommunication will not happen again, both from the hotel and Traveloka. Apart from that, it was very satisfying, it doesn't make me hesitate to come back again.

Five star price. The room beats a motel. It's really dirty. Dusty. Smelly. Stuffy. The hotel is not well maintained. It's sad that it's called a 4 star hotel. Even though the room is like a 1 star hotel.
