Finally had a chance to stay in this hotel again after 12 years. This hotel is one of the old hotel in Bali, but still a good place to stay. Close to the airport, but the environment is so calm and quite. Patra has a huge garden, 3 big pools and very beautiful sunset view ever. My kid loved and enjoyed it so much.

Super friendly service, they also give welcome drink. Near beach, and very clean swimming pool. You will get towel after swimming. Room is awsome. I get upgrade room too

I arrived before 2 pm but the staff allowed me to check in early because I was with my family and we got a room with direct access, which was great 🥰. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and suitable for both locals and foreigners. Our favorite spot was the swimming pool, the view directly to the beach added to this place's points 🫶🏻. The sunset was beautiful and there was live music and a DJ, it was really great.
Suitable for families who want to vacation in Bali. The hotel is very close to the airport because it is next to the airport so you can see the planes up close too heheh.
Thank you to the kind and friendly hotel staff 🫶🏻.
Hopefully next year if I go home to Indonesia again I can stay here again 🙏❤️

The hotel is old, lacking maintenance in the outdoor area of the room. But the room is clean and okay. The swimming pool is clean. Only the garden and the room building lack maintenance. So at night the impression is really "scary". The food is not very varied. For a night's stay it's okay. Especially if the next day you want to relax at the airport because it is right next to the airport.

I was disappointed with the housekeeping room because the glass from the previous guest was not replaced and still had lipstick marks on it and from check in to check out for 2 days it still had not been replaced. Amenities were also not refilled. Overall all the services were okay except for the housekeeping room which was very bad.

A highly recommended hotel if you go to Bali, close to the airport and in the city center. The rooms are spacious and the service is very top, especially since we were picked up by a buggy car everywhere. The facilities are also very good and complete, especially the food is all delicious.
