This hotel is located in the heart of Pekanbaru. I stayed for work and staycation at the same time. The view from the gym was fantastic. I can see my kids clearly from the gym while I'm on the treadmill. Bravo for the outdoor view 👌.

Breakfast was above average. I appreciate that the breakfast buffet was replenished even before it ran out. Though the dining area was busy, the place was roomy enough and comfy to eat. The pool was OK, it has a mini waterslide. The best thing was they got a sauna and the changing/shower area was big and clean. Toiletries were provided and there was a water dispenser too!

A truly wonderful stay!
Friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a varied and delicious breakfast. The location is also strategic, close to the city center and eateries. The hotel staff is ready to assist guests with any needs. You can enjoy CFD on Sunday mornings, and on Saturday nights you can take the kids to RTH Kaca Mayang.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily executive lounge service. The breakfast menu is varied. A suggestion would be to include more savory items like toast or dim sum in the executive lounge, not just sweets. Furthermore, toilet facilities need to be improved, as tissues or doormats are sometimes missing. Hopefully, this hotel will continue to grow and become even more successful.
