The staff is friendly, but the food is not delicious, the menu is only fried rice, the bathroom smells and the ceiling of the room has lots of water leaks, the bathroom exhaust fan is not working and I told the staff to fix it but there was no response, it is really uncomfortable to stay here

The location is far from the city center. The road is uphill. But it's spacious inside and there are more than 2 swimming pools. The parking lot is spacious. But unfortunately there are lots of cats roaming around and there are traces of their droppings. CS is not on standby in front of the table. Always hiding in the room. Add breakfast for only 35k but it only has fried rice, fried noodles and green beans with coffee and tea. Don't expect too much variety of food. It's better to just have a room without breakfast.

It is better to offer a room for storage, because it is noisy with the sound of the water machine, the bathroom is dirty, the sink water flows out onto the bathroom floor and it is dangerous for small children to take a bath because the bathroom floor is very slippery.

I'm really fed up staying here, besides the dirty room, what makes Shack Shack shocked is that when they arrived, the room wasn't ready and they even fixed the lights that were off when the guest arrived. Definitely won't be coming back so for sure
