Nice hotel, room quite big, clean and tidy room. Street food area not far from the hotel. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast main course not too many options but the side dish quite vary. Overall it's a pleasant experience, recommended hotel.

Very nice. Just stayed 2 times at Sahira with my wife and two children. Complete facilities. There is a children's playground, a swimming pool for children and plus there are games in the park too. The room is comfortable. The food is delicious. Hopefully we will have the chance to stay at Sahira again.

Wow, staying here was absolutely terrible in the room. The first things i noticed were: 1. The AC wasn't cold at all, it was just making a loud fan noise, no cold air whatsoever. I even paid a 50ribu deposit to keep the room on while i was out, but it still didn't get cold during the 4 hours i was away. 2. The toilet seat cover was disgusting, there were poop stains all over it. Can you even use the toilet like that? 3. Soap? Nooope. Had to buy some outside. Kosooooonggg isi nya. 4. The jet washer was leaking at the faucet, and the washbasin was leaking underneath. 5. The shower handle was broken, it was already on top of the soap rack when i arrived and wasn't fixed, just left like that. Can you imagine how bad it was? The only good thing was the friendly front desk staff. As for the building, room, and everything else, i wouldn't recommend it at all. Thank you

This is actually one of the nicer hotels in Bogor. The hotel's design still looks quite luxurious, but some areas are a bit under-maintained. The rooms are clean, with some areas lacking maintenance. I stayed one night in two rooms, and in both rooms, the hot water wasn't hot at all. The bed was quite clean, although there were still some stains. The room had an even view of Mount Salak. The atmosphere was also quite comfortable and not noisy, making it perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool is on the third floor. The parking area in the basement is quite spacious. The receptionist was friendly, as were the security guards. There's a mini playground for children in the lobby area. There was a problem with the spare key. I requested two cards for each room because I had to go back and forth to access the children's rooms. However, the receptionist said they were out of stock. It was a bit strange how they were out of stock. After searching for one, I only found one spare key.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the facilities are very good, even though the hotel is starting to be quiet, the facilities are still very well maintained. If you go to Bogor, it's better to stay here, there are lots of snacks and cafes near the hotel.

The staff is friendly and trustworthy. I left my driver's watch in the room. It was sent via JNE and arrived safely and intact. The room was comfortable, with cool air conditioning and a clean, large twin bed that could fit four people. The only problem is that the road is in a single lane, so you have to go around a bit...

It's a shame that many things need maintenance, such as curtains and pillowcases that need to be thrown away and replaced because they are so dirty that they can't even be washed in the laundry. The toilet needs to be replaced because it is very dirty, slowly because it will definitely require a lot of money, if it is not repaired immediately, it will lose customers.

This hotel has so much potential — the location, atmosphere, and overall property layout are beautiful. With the right upgrades, it could easily become a luxury destination. One thing to consider for future development: it might help to create two clear room segments — affordable rooms and premium rooms. The premium rooms would benefit from upgrades, especially in the bathroom quality, mattress comfort, and lighting design. These elements are key if the hotel wants to compete in the higher-end market. Meanwhile, the more affordable rooms can stay at their current price point, but they do need better maintenance. Some areas are starting to show signs of wear, and improved upkeep would elevate the guest experience significantly. I really enjoyed my stay and can see how special this property can be. With a bit more investment and refinement, this place could become one of the top choices in the area. Looking forward to seeing its progress in the future.
