It was a very nice place to stay! Not the best breakfast, but I really don't mind. The place is also perfect if you really want to rest. Very quiet, up on the hills, not to mention the view is also amazing! Will definitely stay here again!

Service is OK. But the facitilites are bad. They provide the amenities (tooth brush, hand towel) after being asked. Breakfast just OK, not much choices. No proper parking lot. The hotel is little bit spooky since it is old building with bad lighting.

The location of the hotel is a bit into the alley. Our family came around 1 pm. Due to traffic jams. When you arrive there is no receptionist to greet you. There is only 1 employee, a security person and 1 OB. 5 star hotel. But it's like a non-starred horror hotel. Cz very less maintenance. Impressed like the hotel is not maintained. I booked 3 deluxe+breakfast rooms. But when checking in at the hotel said the officer who handled me. Said that the hotel did not receive notification or no booking. We as guests do not know the reason. What we know is that when the payment is paid off. Yes, it means it's done. The reason from the hotel is that the hotel is fully booked. Even though I saw that there were at least 10 customers who stayed at least. Finally after almost 1 hour more arguing. And with a tired condition, I was finally given an apartment model room which had 3 rooms. But with 2 rooms that are not ready / not cleaned (no bed linen & toiletries). Then for breakfast, you can only get rice mixed with a box. Even though it is a 5 star hotel, the services and facilities are like a non-star hotel. Our family is very disappointed. It was late at night because of traffic jams from outside Bali. Until the hotel wants to rest immediately. But it turns out zonk. The point is it is not recommended for the synthesis of this Jimbaran hotel.

It was an off putting start, when checking in we were told that the 2 bedroom apartment we booked was not available because the entire apartment was full (ie., they are overbooked). After long negotiations we met with the owner and offered the presidential suite at the hotel. Happy ending for everyone :) overall hotel is okay for the price, location is inside residential complex but a good choice if you want to stay in Jimbaran area.

I stayed at the sintesa apartment, spacious place, each room has its own bathroom and television, the food not so good, location far from everywhere, of you like quiet place, choose this hotel/residence

Remarkable, the hotel is cozy and really like owned apartment. Just the towel for bathroom not really clean, too bad. And the coffee maker wasn't clean we need to clean up own self. Too bad.
