The apartment is really nice 🫶🏻🤩 stayed here for 1 week and felt at home haha. For a family, it's comfortable. Clean, only there is hair on the sheets. I don't know if it's because they didn't shake it first when washing? Or is it really dirty. Gas, gallon mineral water, electricity tokens are provided. The equipment is complete and functional, there is a water heater, bucket, ladle, shower and jet shower function, frying pan, pot, spoon, glass, plate, knife, the refrigerator is cold, there is a smart tv too, wifi. Yesterday the gas ran out, asked the admin and it didn't take long to be checked and replaced. Very fast if anything happens. The bathroom is clean, the floor is clean, the table area, the kitchen is dust-free. But the bottom of the bed is dusty. According to the photo. The only thing that was broken was the door latch of room 1, room 2 and the bathroom. Anyway, I don't regret staying here, it's just that having my hair covered in a sheet made me tickle, so I just covered it again with a cloth. Thank you King Property🥳

The only note is on cleanliness. There are peanut shells in the gap between the sofa. The cupboard in the main room can't be opened, there are also small cockroaches. The rest is very commensurate with the price. Worth it. Note: at that time the elevator of the E tower apartment was under maintenance so it went up. To go down you have to queue in tower C.

The bathroom is not clean, the floor is yellow. And the shower doesn't work properly. If possible, change the sheets to white, it's disgusting if the color is black so the dirt doesn't show.

Friendly staff, hot water, dispenser, clean room, given a bigger room, there are 2 rooms with the same price. Satisfying, next time I want to staycation with my family again here.
