A very family-friendly hotel, because Bandung is always rainy, it's quite close to the mall so you don't need to go anywhere ๐. It's a nice staycation here if you want to walk to the mall, but the check-in process is a bit long, only two counters are open, so the queue is quite long and we had to stand, there were some people who were angry, but finally three counters were opened, the queue was reduced quite a bit. Well, hopefully the check-in and check-out process can be faster. Thank God, when I checked in, I immediately got a room so I didn't have to wait anymore.

The staff was friendly. I booked the club and got the lounge on the 18th floor. It was incredibly enjoyable. They offered afternoon tea, evening light dinner, and evening tea.

Very comfortable and spacious room with a very friendly staff. Got upgraded into Club Premier room with lower price and I think it's worth the experience and the price.

It's a nice staycation here if you want to walk to the mall, but the check-in process is a bit long, only two counters are open, so the queue is quite long and we had to stand, there were some people who were angry, but finally three counters were opened, the queue was reduced quite a bit. Well, hopefully the check-in and check-out process can be faster. Thank God, when I checked in, I immediately got a room so I didn't have to wait anymore.
