I tried the club premiere room, and the benefit was awesome! there was tea time, evening light dinner and wonderful breakfast! Well spent staycatiom! Their food was really good! Will come back after the pandemic! But the wifi is not really stable in my room

Had a great staycation here! We can use the gym and other facilities, the food is great especially Soto Betawi. I am Indonesian but I didn’t expect to find good taste of Indonesian food here! The staffs are very friendly and care~

very comfortable staying here. request for simple decoration for my wife's birthday was fulfilled well.
for the premiere skyline room, it lacks smart tv/google tv. maybe it's time to upgrade the tv.
for the restaurant, there are many choices and the taste is good. but in my opinion the food is not as varied as other five-star hotels in bdg and the indoor space is not spacious enough.
the friendliness of the restaurant staff also needs to be improved.

The room is not soundproof, noisy, the officer called at 12 PM and only said well I will contact our manager. Until I went to bed at 1 PM the noise was still loud.

initially, on the lobby, the concierge seems to be rather unbriefed, since the dropoff area was quite small, and there were some cars waiting to drop the baggage, but they only served 1 car at a time, making the queue waited long. Aside from that, since the carpark was joined with the Mall and Ibis hotel, the direction was rather unclear, since there was no real direction on pointing out somewhere aside from hotel lobby.
However, the room itself is very clean and luxurious, making us very comfortable. Also, the pool was special, since there was a beach replica (where kids can play with the sand replica), and the pool staffs were very helpful.
On the breakfast, we tried the 18th floor restaurant (since for breakfast you can take either 18th or 3rd floor), and the view was spectacular. Also, the staffs there were very helpful as well, although the food served was rather standard, aside from the wide variety of dimsum and sushi.

This is the 2nd time I choose to vacation and stay here, because it is near the mall and the hotel staff are friendly and smiley, ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and has many variants. The area for children is comfortable and safe. There are 3 choices of swimming pools. Thanks
