The hotel that truly impressed me during my stay in Yogyakarta. The room was very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, the service they provided was very professional and full of warmth. Renovated Hotel with Excellent Service. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-day stay at this beautifully renovated hotel. The interiors are tastefully designed and the integration of Google Smart technology throughout the facilities is a significant convenience. Our room was impeccably clean, and we found the service to be exceptionally attentive and prompt. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Yogyakarta.

The room was clean, comfortable, and made me feel at home. Vintage on the outside but modern on the inside. It also has smart Google Assistant, making it even more impressive. The Netflix account is also registered, so just watch to your heart's content. The receptionist was very friendly. The breakfast was also delicious, you can choose a menu when you check in.

It was a truly enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly, the location is strategic, across from an Indomaret complete with Point. The place is very comfortable. Breakfast arrived on time according to our wishes. The room was clean, the water was flowing, and if we drank a lot of water, we could just refill it in the gallon jug provided in front of the room. The most enjoyable thing was the fast Wi-Fi, and if we didn't go anywhere, we could watch movies all day because we could immediately enjoy Netflix, YouTube, and Google. If we weren't lazy, we could take a leisurely walk and suddenly came to Tugu. One of Jogja's most popular icons for photos. In short, if I come to Jogja again, I'll stay here. Absolutely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed my 3 days stay at The Utara! Close to Pasar, Malioboro and great cafe shops. I highly recommend to stay here when in Jogja. All the staff are very helpful, we can also borrow hairdryer to the reception. Free refill of water also, which is wonderful! Loved it! Next time i will come here again 😍

I regularly stay here, all types of rooms are highly recommended, clean, simple, Android TV, strategic location, clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, every time I go to Jogja I stay here, it was an old hotel but has been renovated so the Jogja feel is still there.

I stayed here for 3 nights on vacation, and everything was great. From the friendly and helpful staff, to the clean and spacious room, the soft mattress and pillows, the cool AC, the large bathroom with functioning hot water, and the smart TV and Google Assistant. The room was cleaned daily. Thank you, The Utara Tugu Hotel. I would stay here again if I return to Yogyakarta for vacation.

Strategic location, good cleanliness. Clean sheets and towels, clean and smooth toilet. Complete amenities, including nice slippers. Smart room with Google voice response to commands. Quite entertaining. In my experience yesterday, booking through the app was cheaper than directly on site. First, I booked through trvlk, then went directly to customer service to request an overstay, but it turned out to be almost the same price without breakfast, even though trvlk already includes breakfast. So far, everything else is good. If I go back to Yogyakarta, God willing, I'll stay here again.
