I was very pampered staying here. From the cleanliness to the parking service, it felt comfortable and warm.
I stayed for 2 days and my kids felt at home. The swimming pool is also comfortable for them.
I will definitely come back again.

the service is really good, the room is always cleaned without being asked so coming home all day from outside is really nice the room is clean again and tidy again๐๐.. the AC is cold, the Wifi is fast. the mattress is not hard, it is also spacious because it is king size, 4 pillows are available super comfortable 3 nights here๐๐ the location is also very strategic near st.lempuyangan, also close to everywhere, the water heater works well, the room is also very spacious, bring 2 suitcases + bags so it's not cramped, basically it's that comfortable to stay here.
as for food I didn't try it, because I didn't order including breakfast only the room

The location is strategic, if you want to go to the city center close by, if you want to look for snacks or have a big meal, if you want to go to the mini market, there is one. The service is friendly, the valet is very fast so you don't have to worry about parking the car, the swimming pool is clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are also clean and all the equipment works. Hopefully it will continue to progress and maintain the good work.

The staff service was very satisfactory. They were friendly and very helpful. The parking attendants, in particular, were always quick to find a parking space when the lot was full. However, there were some minor inconveniences. The hot water in the bathroom didn't work properly. There were also limited TV channels. There were only four local channels, with poor picture quality. The service was good, the staff was friendly, and they let me check in early. The location was also excellent, close to a pharmacy, minimarket, and even a hair salon. The parking attendant was also helpful. The room I got was very compact, but still had plenty of space, so I had plenty of space to unpack. The Wi-Fi was okay, sometimes disconnected, but the connection speed was pretty good.
The problems were mostly in the bathroom: the sink drain was a little clogged and there was a small leak in the shower. After staying for three days, I realized that I was unlucky to get a room with a few issues. Hopefully, the hotel can fix this.

very detrimental and disappointing. They said the room was non-smoking even though the system had already selected a smoking room. They just charged/no notification on the 2nd day even though they were still staying for 3 days.

The room I booked didn't say it was a connecting room ๐ฅ so it wasn't soundproof, in fact the person in the next room was snoring so loudly that it was hard for me to sleep ๐

The staff service was very satisfactory. They were friendly and very helpful. The parking attendants, in particular, were always quick to find a parking space when the lot was full. However, there were some minor inconveniences. The hot water in the bathroom didn't work properly. There were also limited TV channels. There were only four local channels, with poor picture quality. Please improve.

The service was good, the staff was friendly, and they let me check in early. The location was also excellent, close to a pharmacy, minimarket, and even a hair salon. The parking attendant was also helpful. The room I got was very compact, but still had plenty of space, so I had plenty of space to unpack. The Wi-Fi was okay, sometimes disconnected, but the connection speed was pretty good.
The problems were mostly in the bathroom: the sink drain was a little clogged and there was a small leak in the shower. After staying for three days, I realized that I was unlucky to get a room with a few issues. Hopefully, the hotel can fix this.
