First time I stayed here and I salute the fast and precise service. In addition, the reception and restaurant are fast response. For clean rooms and bathrooms, there is a housekeeping schedule so you can request when you need help cleaning the room. The location of the hotel is near the airport, Indomaret, and near places to eat too. Anyway, I will choose this hotel every time I visit.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, the floor was crusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, the toilet seat was wobbly, but the hot water was good, it came out immediately, no waiting time. The towels given by the hotel were torn, more suitable for a doormat.

The room always have small to medium cockroaches, I think they came from the bathroom. The room smells wierd, but the AC helped regulates it. Bathroom is decent. The food is edible but lower your expectations, its not bad though. For short stay is ok, but for longer stay you might want to reconsider it again. If the management do pest control, change all the amenities (including bed sheets since mine have ink stains on it), scrubs the bathroom till pristine, the hotel might have a better experience

Sorry, this hotel is not recommended at all. At first, I thought it was just a transit hotel to sleep for a few hours because it was close to the event in the morning, but when I got a room that was really not suitable to be occupied, I finally left and chose to move hotels. The service was also very bad and disappointing. It was very different from the one in the photo. The hotel room I got was like a warehouse for 300 thousand 😤😤

room was not clean, inform but no action taken. toilet was totally not clean for month. and the most worst cockroach was everywhere .toilet .my food. even worst on the bed. food i bought all spoilt due to cockroach wandering around inside my foods. very very bad service and experience.

The staff are unfriendly and not helpful (they always answer without any information such as towels, insect spray), you have to pay a cash deposit right away while currently many people are cashless (you can't transfer, QR code or pay later after withdrawing money from the ATM, you have to do it right away), the room is full of small cockroaches, the room is also smelly, you have to ask for towels many times and the ones you are given are torn, the AC is very noisy
