Trawangan Oasis

The staff were fantastic, food here is really nice. It’s a bit far away from the main shops but definitely walkable and you can hire bikes from reception. The only slight downside was there was some construction work ongoing which could be a bit noisy but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

My buddy and I enjoyed a two night stay and couldn't have been more satisfied. Such friendly and professional staff throughout the property, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A quiet, peaceful place to relax in a prime location. Great value for money. Would absolutely return.

The property is not only a beautiful restful oasis it is in a central spot on the island that you can easily get to either side to enjoy the day

A straightforward 3 star hotel that lives up to its name (Oasis) and well placed on the island if you want a quieter basic stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre/harbour area. 250 meters walk to the beach which is great for snorkelling and lovely warm crystal sea also only 15 minutes walk at the end of the day to see the beautiful sunsets. Also good to see the hotel open and functioning after the recent earthquake in Lombok that also affected the island.

Great value for money. Friendliest people, two pools, good rental bikes. Would recommend it to everybody.

The hotel is considerably far from the Gili T Sentral, however the friendly staffs and the quiet atmosphere made up to that. It's the perfect place to go to if you would like to have a quiet and relaxing stay away from the busy street in Sentral. The receptionist greeted us with warm welcome and explained to us the locations and things to do around Gili T when we just arrived. The pool is nice to swim in and the breakfast is also simple and yet good. During our last day of stay, we need to be at the jetty harbour by 8 and normally the breakfast is served at 7.30am but the staffs also made an exemption for us and prepared the breakfast earlier. I would like to compliment the staffs on their willingness to carry our luggages and lend us bikes to ride to jetty harbour, if not we would be late for our speedboat. Excellent service and definitely enjoyed our stay there!

Trawangan Oasis was just perfect. From the warm welcome from Mark and his family, to the friendly staff, spacious, modern beautiful rooms, lovely pool and huts to lounge in, this was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great, especially the banana pancakes.The location is perfect, just a couple of mins walk to the beach where you can view the beautiful sunsets in the quieter north of the island. There are also numerous beach side restaurants; we tried a few and always had very high quality meals. I can't wait for my next trip back.

Pros. Nice quiet place in the middle of trawangan. Place is beautiful and clean. Peaceful at night unlike the hotels near the party area. Cons. Have to rent a bicycle(40k rupiah/day) for convenience else it will take 20 mins to walk to the beach. Laundry services isn't superb but it gets the job done.

Great little find, slightly in from the beach but great pool for the midday sun. Possibly would need more sign posts/lighting for the evening but overall great value and nice end to our gili stay

stayed with 2 children in this hotel for 3 days. liked everything, good Breakfast, nice garden, friendly stuff. If you want to have fun on Trawangan but to live in a quiet place near a beautiful beach, then this hotel. Next year will definitely come again.

OVERALL STANDARD OF THE RESORT WAS DISAPPOINTING. APPEARS TO BE NEEDING A RENOVATION. CLEANLINESS WAS POOR. BREAKFAST MINIMAL. SORRY BUT WOULD NOT RETURN TO TRAWANGAN OASIS.

We enjoyed! This place is a paradise with everything working. We rented bikes, ate at the restaurant, had our laundry done, etc... Felt very safe, we kept safety box always open and had no problem.

The room/bungalow that we stayed in was absolutely phenomenal! Fridge, safe, tv and dvd player, nice couch, clothes dryer hanger, chairs outside, etc. One problem is that wifi was not always so great, but that seemed to be more of an island wide phenomenon. The bed was huge with a mosquito net if you wanted to sleep al fresco. Bungalow was nice wooden number that gave you that summer cottage feel (depending on where you hail from). Staff was super friendly and could supply bicycles (and give them a tune up every morning). One of our favorite activities was to sit on the adequate porch of our bungalow and watch storms trickle across the island. Open air shower has been commented on before...but was really neat to see the stars while taking a shower. Just beware that if the day has been cloudy and rainy, the solar power water heater might leave you with a cooler shower in the evening. The resort is at the top of a hill (gili trawangan style hill that is). This is an important detail because it meant that we got cooling breezes at various times of the day and was easier (and drier) to find at night. Only five minute walk/2 minute bike ride to the beach for good snorkelling and diving. Pool is beautiful, but maybe needs a bit of tile work (in the low season). Garden was gorgeous with flowering plants, bushes, and towering coconut trees. Also, like everywhere on the island, were cute kitties.

Amazing hotel - almost like a mini resort. Great rooms (massive bed), all overlooking swimming pool. Yes it is off the beaten track but you couldn't get anywhere as nice as this for the price on the seafront! Would definitely come back.

Was on island for wedding, Hotel location is not the best and can be expensive to get anywhere especially at night.Hotel garden was excellent.

This place was beautiful! Bike rentals available, restaurant, amazing pool area. Beds are so comfy! Closer to the west coast which is a bit quieter but only a 10-15 min bike ride to the central area on the eastern side. Helpful staff, decent food, great atmosphere. Nothing bad to say at all. BEDS BEDS BEDS! So good!
