The room I stayed in was quite clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that needed attention to improve security and comfort. The door handle was broken, making me feel unsafe inside. Furthermore, the glass shelf in the bathroom was tilted and looked like it could fall or break, which was quite concerning. Other than that, my overall experience was good. The hotel environment felt safe, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is very clean, but the AC is sometimes cold and sometimes not so good. The hospitality is friendly and fast, nice! Strategic location for out-of-town guests who have agendas at UNS.
