Everything is clean, the water smells good, the smart TV is strong, the only drawback is that the mattress is not very comfortable because it is still wrapped in plastic. The plastic should be opened so we don't sleep very comfortably.

We stayed on April 26, 2025. My review and please pay attention and improve: 1. The bathroom seems to be rarely cleaned. The bathroom floor is dirty and the sink is also a bit crusty. 2. The small pillow (green) is dirty as if the pillowcase has not been washed. 3. At night, it is noisy with the loud laughter of the teenage women who stay so that it is quite disturbing to rest at night (around 23.00 WIB). Thanks

Check-in time is indeed at 14.00, I arrived at the hotel from Jogja at 13.00. Experience in starred hotels can check in at 13.00 as long as there are empty rooms, here there are already empty rooms but they will charge 50 thousand. The location of the hotel is too deep in the complex, narrow road access... the service is just B

Friendly staff, comfortable place, 24-hour parking with CCTV and a place to sell and can accept express laundry services. There must be a deposit. But if there is no deposit, you can hold your ID card. Overall it is very good and comfortable to rest. The location is close to UT Bandung.

Alhamdulillah, I have stayed at UrbanView Hotel 3m Syariah twice, I am quite impressed even though it is a two-star hotel but the place is neat and comfortable to stay and the service is also good and what I am quite happy about is being able to check in until 12 midnight, maybe that is temporary.
