In the room the tissues were out.. then the mineral water bottle looked like it had been used with brown duct tape.. the parking was really in front of the hotel. a bit nervous..

The hotel room is quite narrow for a queen size bed. The gap to put things and walk is minimal, the cleanliness of the towels and sheets used also looks like they have lots of stains as well as the walls. Please pay more attention, thank you.

Staff very not friendly, we booked twin bed and they give us single bed. We need to complain to the staff. The room dirty there 's a worm inside the bed.

Now there have been changes, the blankets + sheets are clean and replaced, it seems that there is attention from my previous input, wow yesterday about cleanliness felt different, cleaner, please mop the room floor because I can tell the difference, please also pay attention to the area under the bed so that it does not trigger dust allergies, even though the room is small but the maintenance of cleanliness is good, your customers will definitely feel at home, comfortable and come back, thank you for the changes, hopefully it will be successful and blessed.

Good location, close to culinary, cleanliness is lacking the smell of dust from under the bed, wow, lots of trash. Dirty, never touched. Extraordinary dust, those who are allergic to dust I do not recommend this hotel, please pay attention. The sheets were also not changed, the blankets were also dirty, the floor seemed to be rarely mopped. Cleanliness is a priority that must really be considered.

The right choice to stay in the center of Malang. Comfortable place, very strategic, clean, water heater okay, WiFi okay, TV okay. Just a suggestion for car parking maybe the hotel staff can help because the parking space is limited. Overall sip!

Kamar sangat kotor tidak dijaga sama sekali kebersihannya noda dmna mana, AC tidak dingin, toilet sangat kotor menurut saya semua minus kecuali sikap staff nya yang kooperatif kalau diajak komunikasi. Baru cek in saya langsung cek out lagi karena menurut saya tidak bisa dipakai untuk beristirahat. Sangat tidak nyaman. Maaf.
