The service and room were good, the only downside was that the room was a non-smoking area, but the pillows and sheets smelled of cigarettes. Maybe the smell lingered from the previous occupant, but it shouldn't smell if you replace it with a new one. I often stay at various Urbanviews in other areas, and the cleanliness of the rooms is very good, and they smell good. But for Palmerah Inn, this could be improved. Because some people are very sensitive to cigarette smells.

The sheet is not clean. I got itchy all over my body. I requested the room with balcony but they give the non balcony room. The receptionist attitude is not giving. Will never back to this hotel again 🙏🏻

The facility name is Urbanview HOTEL, but FYI this is more like a guesthouse. The room is cramped and has minimal facilities. Carrying a lot of stuff will be difficult, because there is no staff to help and no trolley. Those who can't stand cigarette smoke, will have difficulty going in and out, because they are smoking near the entrance. The location is okay.

Friendly staff, room facilities also include mineral water, toothbrush, soap and towels. The location is good, close to Palmerah station and Palmerah Market, if you go to GBK, it's also quite a distance. The sheets are a bit dirty with white spots, the AC is cold... but overall it's comfortable for transit.

A fairly comfortable experience while staying at the Urbanview Slipi Inn Palmerah Hotel, which is certainly close to Palmerah Station. Hopefully in the future if you stay again you can get a room upstairs, because the 'yellow' cellular signal is rather weak if it is downstairs (1st floor). The AC is very cold and hot water is also available.
