The room was available in the app, but when I checked in I got information that it had been relocated and the staff didn't inform me that there were reimbursement and refund options. When I arrived at the relocation hotel, it was a complete dud. The bedsheets were torn, the bathroom was really dirty, the pillowcases had yellow stains, 2 single beds were combined into 1, there were so many ants on the wall that they even climbed onto the bed. I didn't take any photos because I was already close to the relocation hotel. At the same time, I decided to check out that night.

The staff are very friendly. got the first room there was a problem. immediately informed and immediately given a change of room. access is close to tourist attractions. the room is clean and tidy, there are toiletries, fast wifi, comfortable atmosphere, quiet, far from noise. makes you feel at home. I didn't expect that for that price to get a star-rated hotel. Next time I will come back again, this time I will bring my extended family, thank you Hotel Syariah Insani 😊
