I have stayed in Urooms three times. Easy access, easy check-in, easy to get transportation, foods, minimarket and closer to Blok M area (Area big shopping mall). Room was clean. Minimalist design. Just, sometimes in public area (dining room) so noisy. People can't keep silent, so a bit annoying to another guest. For all is good

Never really rate an accommodation worse like this, but I really got a bad experience staying there and thinking will never come back. First, I was welcomed by a very rude front desk guy who's unfriendly. Second, the deposit was too much. Normally, it's only 100k in other accommodations, but theirs was 150k. Third, they didn't give me a pay proof of deposit, so it's quite risky. When I entered the room, the window faced a wall. It had no view to outside, so the light had to always be on, I couldn't see whether it's rainy or not outside. The 2nd day after my sheet was replaced, there's a stain that looked like old blood. This is the worst part. And it got more annoying when there's a leak of water from flushing hose. Also, there's a warning for not smoking, but the corridor itself smelled like someone was smoking often. I wish this only happened in UROOMS pangpol but not others. Or else, you better pay for more than having a cheap accommodation but this uncomfortable.

For the price, it's really worth it if it's just for a stopover, the overall room is nice and spacious too, the bathroom is clean. It's just that the sheets don't seem to have been replaced, just flip them over and the sheets have a lot of holes like cigarette burns. Unfortunately, toothbrushes are not provided, there are no telephone calls to the receptionist. Don't choose the top floor, tired of climbing the stairs, thought there was an elevator, but it doesn't exist.

The location is really good, close to MRT block A. The rooms are spacious. Early entry was also cold even though the AC had not been turned on. Drinking water, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. It's clean only that the sheets and towels are not as white as hotels in general. But overall is good. With a price below 200 its totally recommended. There is a fridge, stove, dining table and others on the ground floor too.

The rooms are nice, spacious, smell good too. Strategic location and cheap. Check in was easy and fast. But the sheets, pillowcases, towels, are really not suitable for use (already broken and dirty). Too bad.

Super recommended if you're only going to spend your time sleeping there. Don't expect many facilities as the room is minimal but everything is clean and room size isn't suffocating. TV, cold AC, good water pressure, generic but OK soap, seemingly clean towels, OK sheets but old and worn, only drawback is the tiny blanket, no tissues provided, and no wardrobe, only a few hangers. There is a window but the one in my room faced a wall that is at hands reach. 24/7 security and check in time (but at least let them know in advanced).
