Excellent Stay at the Vertu Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at the Vertu Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious. The air-conditioning performance was somewhat inadequate, as the room did not become sufficiently cool, particularly during the daytime. I had already contacted the maintenance team, but the room temperature did not improve significantly. Aside from this issue, the location, service, and overall hospitality were excellent..

Thank you Vertu, this is my second time staying here. All the staff are friendly, parking is directly to the lobby, every corner of the hotel is clean and fast, all the food is delicious, both Voyage and Le Bistro, especially the oxtail soup is the best🫠🤍, always satisfied and memorable. It's also most suitable for bringing family, comfortable and quiet, all the staff never let us look confused
