Comfortable, clean & feels like you're at home. The weather is really cold this July. Rooms without AC but very cold. There are no gallons of water or wifi. Cooking utensils & eating utensils are available.

Bismillah. Alhamdulillah. Tinggal di villa nomor 5. Lokasinya ga jauh dari Kota Malang, dan dekat dengan Batu Night Square. Villanya bersih dan rapi. Taman luarnya bisa untuk duduk berempat, ada dua kamar tidur, masing masing dengan 2 bantal dan 1 selimut. Kamar mandi dengan toilet duduk dan shower, plus ember dan 1 sachet sedang sabun cair. TV ada di ruang tengah dekat dengan dapur, yang sudah disediakan teh. Ada kompor dan peralatannya yang bisa dipakai untuk masak sederhana. Tidak ada air hangat, tapi dinginnya masih bisa ditolerir. Waktu malam, bisa sedikit ke kolam depan untuk lihat pemandangan kota dari atas yang penuh dengan lampu. Kekurangan kecil yang saya yakin bisa segera diperbaiki, lampu kamar mandi yang redup, keset luar kamar mandi yang bisa lebih menyerap, dan sayangnya hanya diberi 1 handuk besar. Bapaknya (entah pemilik atau pengelola) ramah sekali dan baik, bahkan beliau saat pertama kali datang sudah sampaikan bahwa bisa check out sore. Dan ketika esoknya dikonfirmasi ulang, betul, beliau mengizinkan check out sore, bahkan setelah maghrib. Tapi kami check out jam 16.30. Should try stay at Villa Kebun Jeruk. Bisa diulangi lagi ni. The villa is very comfortable and clean, the facilities are complete. The guards are also good and friendly plus can have breakfast.

The villa is quite satisfying. For village villas, the facilities are 2 KT n 1 extrabed, 1 KM, stove, plates and spoons, the rest there is no fan, refrigerator, water heater. The owner of the villa is very good at being able to check in early, facility complaints are also handled directly. Getting breakfast is also great, basically with a villa priced at 300, you can already have breakfast.

The villa is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. Great place to stay for families. Romantic night atmosphere with a view of the city of Malang from the top of the hill. There is a fishing pond that makes you feel at home and the fishing results can be enjoyed directly in the kitchen. Don't hesitate to stay here.
