The Villa Admiral area isn't actually a residential area.
But my experience staying there was pretty standard:
The villa area is mostly under renovation.
The building is old-fashioned, but the villa is well-maintained.
The grass hasn't been mowed, so it feels like an empty house. It should be given more attention, not just maintenance.
Bedroom 3 includes an en suite bathroom, and the two upstairs bedrooms have a bathtub.
The kitchen has a stove, cooking utensils, and is quite spacious.
The side area is also spacious for gatherings, which is actually quite standard, but because the villa's surroundings are old-fashioned, it's a bit of a hassle.
In the afternoon, there are women exercising.
Many residents pass through the villa access to the market near Anyer Beach.
The location is strategic, especially across from Pandan Beach.
Bringing 3 small children is very safe, and there have been no incidents.
Once again, the villa's surroundings do look old-fashioned, and some of the villas are undergoing renovations to make them even better.
