There's no customer service there, just a guard who doesn't really understand everything, so you have to wait to ask your superiors. The room and surroundings are clean. The view is nice. As for amenities, essential ones are missing. For example, there's no clothes hanger in the bathroom. The bathroom also doesn't have a lock. Because it's cold, a thick blanket would be recommended. The blanket is very thin. Because the location is far from the city, it's best to provide complete amenities. Or offer them for sale.

The perfect villa for relaxing and finding peace. The surrounding location and views are very beautiful. Unfortunately it is not supported by the quality and facilities of the villa. It looks like this is a villa cabin concept but it seems forced. The walls of the villa are only made of plastic vinyl which is hollow so it cannot be nailed or drilled for clothes hangers. Even the bathroom faucet almost fell because the valve that was holding it together was loose. The hot water tap is very difficult, you have to turn it on several times to get the heater to turn on. Cleanliness is good, but there are no trash bins provided in the villa or around it. There were no cupboards or storage so we had to put our belongings on the table and it looked untidy.

This villa is very worth it to try, clean comfy and very cheap. Wifi speed is fast no need to worry about internet, also have smart TV and water heater. No need to worry if you book here 5 stars. Very worth to try!
