Good place to stay with family. Variety breakfast such as fried rice, fried mee, bread, fruits. Very suitable for family with kids. Clean room. Definitely will come again. Lots of tv Channel and good restaurants nearby

The hotel staff is friendly, but the facilities are not that great... the towels and bed sheets are already broken white, the breakfast is not that great, the AC leaked for 2 days, the TV channels are limited, the AC has to be on fast cool to feel it.

The location is strategic but the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets is lacking, I was itchy all night. The bathroom doesn't have a jet shower for washing, there's only a toilet spray. There's no shower for ablution, only a large shower so it's difficult to do ablution. Anyone can access the elevator because it doesn't require a card. The TV is only available in certain rooms. It's cheap but that's how it is

It was the room without window so it feels like you are in the capsule or something. The ambience of the room doesnt feel comfortable. The TV Channel was oke. But I slept well so I guess it's fine.

A hotel like this should be around 150,000 Rupiah. It's completely inadequate. At least the cleanliness is minimal. The facilities aren't extravagant, but please improve the standard operating procedures (SOPs). There aren't even towels on time.

the room is quite comfortable, the location is quite strategic, you can walk to Ciwalk.
unfortunately when I checked in and entered the room, there were no towels (I had to ask for them from room service first). only 1 toothbrush was provided.
breakfast was decent, but I think the variety was lacking. the rest was okay.

The location is very strategic, in the city center and the surrounding area is complete, only I arrived around 5 pm, the lobby was dark and the receptionist was not very responsive, the room was also very small, but the service at the restaurant for breakfast was friendly, only the menu was not very varied

I like the room even though it's not soundproof, because the neighbor's room's voice can still be heard clearly up to our room. I like the size of the room because there is still room for praying. Always be successful, Vio Hotel.

the room floor is not very clean, as if it is rarely swept and mopped. the hotel room is also not fragrant and feels dark. the location is very strategic in Cihampelas. motorbike parking inside the hotel

Service, comfortable room & very strategic location, because I was given a room on the 3rd floor and near the emergency stairs, many people went up and down the emergency stairs wearing heels and chatting haha hihi at 12 midnight people have started to rest and sleep. Guests should be able to use the elevator up and down unless it is urgent to use the emergency stairs!! Sorry in advance, maybe it was just a coincidence
