It's really fun to staycation with family, easy access, clean, comfortable rooms, clean bathroom water, delicious food, I really like the bed, it's hard, healthy for bones and body posture so we can rest soundly.

The hotel is clean, the food is delicious, especially in front of Pakuwon Mall, you just have to cross the road. The bad thing is that there is no zebra crossing to the mall, so you get nervous when crossing.

First time staying here, very satisfying. Starting from the check in, the staff was friendly and gave us a room according to our additional notes on the top floor with a view of the city and was very helpful especially with our many luggage. Moreover, the shuttle service from the hotel to the Pakuwon Mall (free) with a new and clean car. The staff is also friendly and interactive.
The swimming pool facilities are also clean with a very nice view and a cool atmosphere from the wind of Surabaya. For food, it is very complete and varied with a very delicious taste and suitable for small children, because there is ice cream.
Check out was also quite fast and once again the staff was alert in helping us deliver and carry our many items. I want to stay longer at this hotel, but we already have a flight. Hopefully we can return to the Whiz Luxe Hotel Spazio Surabaya

All the staff are friendly, the swimming pool has a cool view of the city lights, for breakfast everything is available from desserts, heavy meals, fruits, and others.
