The hotel has good access, it is on the side of the road and close to the MRT station, but for facilities such as hotel rooms, it is very bad, dirty, musty smell, the sheets are not clean, the bathroom is not clean. The appearance is very different from what is in the application photos. The staff served well, I originally planned to stay 2 days here, but decided to move hotels because it was uncomfortable, maybe only 30 minutes in the room. Even though the staff was very friendly and offered to move rooms and see other alternative rooms, I still chose to move hotels. Even though I lost around 700 thousand.

Day 1 in room 312, the room was clogged, the AC didn't work for a while, and the room smelled of cigarettes. Day 2, I moved to room 310 and it was okay, but it still smelled of cigarettes.

Overall it's ok for this price but the Wifi is terrible, where there is no signal aka it's hard to get a signal wehh. no windows, stuffy. if I didn't complain the wifi wouldn't work, but even if I complained the Wifi is super super slow, the TV looks like it's been punched aka there's only sound and the screen is smashed 😩 the power outlet is broken had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. the room is cramped, like a boarding room but yeah for the mendang people it's still okay. the service is enough not too bad. in my opinion, if this hotel is renovated a little bit, there will definitely be a lot of people who want to come here because the location is very strategic for those who want to go back and forth to Blok M, how many steps are there to get there

The hotel was dirty, with various corners appearing neglected and poorly maintained. The room had an unpleasant, damp vibe, with lots of dust and hair. The bathroom was dirty, the mat was shabby and worn, and the towels looked like doormats. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, which seems to be a common feature in all hotels these days. The price tag for the room was far from what I expected. I'm sorry to say, the hotel is currently not recommended for those seeking comfort. The only positive aspect is that the hotel staff at the reception were friendly and cooperative.
