The hotel was nice, but it turned out that the room I chose didn't have a mini fridge or cooler so I had to ask for one back and forth in the lobby.

The check-in process took almost 2 hours. The room's AC was hot. Had to move rooms at 3 am. I complained since the afternoon but no response. I asked to check the AC again at night but only got a response at 12 midnight. I don't dare to come back here again 🙏
