Yello Paskal Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers in Bandung! Conveniently connected to the 23 Paskal Shopping Mall, it offers great accessibility and entertainment options. The hotel is very kid-friendly and perfect for families. Breakfast is a highlight, featuring a wide and satisfying variety of options.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff – from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, f&b staff and not to forget the security guard at level 1 : everyone is warm and helpful.
One thoughtful touch: a staff member even WhatsApped me to check if I needed laundry service after noticing a pile of clothes in our room—such attention to detail!
I’d definitely return on my next trip to Bandung.

In my room, I often find that the electrical outlets next to the bed and on the table are loose and don't work properly.

i like the experience, my room view is good too but no refrigerator, but we can refill the water. and the internet is not good, i use it for tv but often disconnect so i use my internet. i also call the operator to fix this. they fix it but soon disconnect again

i like the experience, my room view is good too but no refrigerator, but we can refill the water. and the internet is not good, i use it for tv but often disconnect so i use my internet. i also call the operator to fix this. they fix it but soon disconnect again

I've stayed at Yello twice. The receptionist was friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for families, and the hotel is strategically located above Paskal Mall.
