The location is quite strategic, the room is quite spacious and clean, and the receptionist is friendly and helpful. However, I had an unpleasant experience because the parking attendant was peeking around in front of the room, trying to see inside when the door was open, claiming there was a guest requesting to be escorted to the same room, even though they didn't seem to be carrying any luggage. Another very disappointing thing was when we realized we left a bag in the room, rolled up in a blanket. When I called the hotel again, they said it was missing. It may seem trivial, but it was very meaningful to me.
One suggestion regarding breakfast: the restaurant could accommodate additional breakfast portions for those who haven't ordered the day before, as the menu isn't very varied.

The kids were very happy because there was a swimming area. The downside to breakfast was that there was no choice of cereals and milk that kids liked, and it wasn't a buffet.

In general, it's ok, but if the concept is an indoor waterpark, there should be a place to rinse off so that other areas don't get wet. If possible, provide an indoor play area other than the swimming pool so that there are other options. Ok

Recommended hotel for families, especially those with small children, because there are water park facilities, as well as unique room atmosphere and facilities. The lobby atmosphere is filled with flowers and ornaments with a yellow honeycomb nuance as the name suggests, unfortunately there is no breakfast. If you want breakfast, you have to pay directly at the restaurant. The location is very close to PGC and Lippo Plaza. Anyway, this resort is recommended...
