Zam Zam Anjani Villa

The villa is in an abandoned state maybe because of covid 19. Don't choose this inn unless you call first to confirm whether the villa is ready to receive guests. We arrived at the location and the fence was locked, it was pitch dark with no lights and no one on guard! We called the number listed on the confirmation voucher and it turned out to be the cellphone number of the employee who had stopped working. Finally we asked the owner's phone number from him. After connecting, the owner stated the employee will come soon, it turned out that we had to wait almost 1 hour! After that a new problem arose: the room was very dirty, the floor and even above the bed was full of bugs and cockroaches stains and droppings. The bathroom door had large lumps of ant nests and nest fragments scattered in the bathroom. Finally we were forced to join in cleaning the room and changing pillowcases and bed linen. There has never been a guest being a maid at the inn. This is something extraordinary. Then the facilities listed on the website are not correct because there is no tv, no wifi, no toiletries. Travel agents should suspend this villa until they are ready to receive guests. Avoid it at all costs!
